2. Service Description

CleverCSV provides AI-powered tools for content generation, data transformation, and workflow automation through a secure web-based platform. Features may evolve over time as we update and improve the Service.

3. User Content and Data

  • You retain full ownership of the files, data, and content you upload.

  • Uploaded content is processed temporarily and securely deleted after processing.

  • We do not use your prompts, files, or outputs for training AI models or internal analytics.

  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@clevercsv.com

4. Subscription and Payments

  • CleverCSV operates on a monthly subscription model.

  • Payments are billed in advance and processed through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe.

  • We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are issued in accordance with our policies.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle through your account settings.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious, harmful, or unlawful content.

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the Service in unauthorized ways.

  • Circumvent account restrictions, share login access, or misuse subscription features.

  • All rights to the CleverCSV platform, software, trademarks, and branding remain the exclusive property of Curwalls INC.

  • Users retain full rights to their own uploaded files and AI-generated outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • While we strive for reliability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 30 days.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy which outlines how we handle your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
